SHIPPING:
Thank you for your order! We know how exciting it is expecting a package so please see below for some facts about our current shipping policy:
Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days (during periods of high volume, such as promotional sales and holidays, it can take slightly longer).
RETURNS:
We understand that sometimes an item may not work out perfectly for you. That's why we offer a size exchange or store credit for eligible returns. You must reach out via email within 5 days of receiving your package.
Returned merchandise must be received by us in the same condition as it was received by you (new with tags attached and in original packaging). Sale items will not be available for size exchange or store credit.
To start your return, please email, hello@thecoastalcrane.com. Make sure to put "Exchange & The Order No." in the subject line for easy reference.
Please note: once we receive your return, we ask for 7-10 business days to process all exchanges and to issue store credit (you’ll find that often times we take care of these quicker!), but during periods of high volume (such as promotional sales or the holiday season) it can take a bit more time.
